Finally, I have a menu planned for this week- it's a miracle since I've been flying by the seat of my pants all summer, just cooking with fresh foods and making up stuff. This week however I've already done all my shopping so I looked into my fridge yesterday and decided that this is what will be made out it.
Monday : Spinach Enchilada's Verde
Tuesday: Teriyaki Chicken & Rice
Wednesday: Chicken Tacos
Thursday: Spaghetti with fresh baked bread & Veggie platter (haven't made this in forever!)
Friday: Baked Potato Bar (baked out on the grill)
Saturday: Roasted Turkey Cutlet with Island Rice & Veggies
Sunday: Chicken & Veg Skewers with Roasted Red Potatoes
